Best Laptop I’ve Purchased in 15 Years,
I almost bought a tablet but I’m so glad I didn’t. This is a workhorse (a pretty one, at that – though the pink is actually darker than how it appears in the ad).
As far as a computer goes, it’s easy to set up – love that it didn’t come with a million games and other junk installed on it. I’ve had mine for about a month and I spend most of my day in front of this computer and actually enjoy myself! Sometimes the fan does seem to come on more often than my old computer, but a ‘computer nerd friend’ told me it was because the computer is is such a workhorse that it needs to cool itself down more often. So…I’ll take that as a good thing but if something happens, I’ll be sure to report back.
I’ve had an HP, a MAC, and a Gateway. This is by far, my favorite. I also have an ASUS EEE PC netbook (which I love as far as Netbooks go).

|The Best Computer I’ve Ever Had,
I’ve never been a huge technology whiz, but I do alot about computers, the latest products, etc. I have also had three different types of computers. I was first introduced to Dell through their desktop in 2000, then lucky enough to get a laptop by Dell in 2006, and in 2010, I bought myself a Mac computer ( laptop) that was no doubtedly amazing, but way too expensive to keep vs. what I could sell it for. So, I told the wonderful Mac, and went back to what I thought would be a more simple “Dell laptop.” I chose this computer because it was pink like my old laptop, fairly affordable, and got overall great reviews. It is also a newer model than many of the other laptops.
I thought the computer would be alot similar to the previous Dell laptop I had. I was wrong. This computer is excellent. It’s fast, easy to use, the set up was a breeze, and it came with no nonsense hardware for me to install. I love this computer! It’s smaller than my old 15.4″ laptop and I love the compactness, but it’s big enough to where it doesn’t feel like a notebook computer, or a smaller handheld one such as the Ipad.
It comes with three USB ports, 2 on one side and an extra on the other side, it comes with all the basics ( CD drive, microphone outlet, etc. and the keyboard is easy to use.
Speaking superficially, the computer itself is beautiful. It’s shiny, the inside where the keyboard is is a little more jazzed up than the old Dell, featuring what looks like stainless steel as the trackpad, instead of plastic. It’s really updated looking and not so “early 2000′s” looking.
I would recommend this to anyone needing a computer for commuting, ( WiFi signal is great), educational purposes ( I use it for college online), and for work purposes. It’s excellent. If you’re into the hottest and latest, newest everything, or are dedicated to Macs, I don’t recommend it, but I would pick this computer which was $1500 less than my Mac ANYDAY over the Mac itself, which was to be honest, in my opinion, very overrated.
I’ll always love Dell the most of any computer. I’ve had several other brands, and it’s my favorite -even for a girl who likes to have the newest and latest of everything:)

|love it,
I love this computer. Dell did a great job. it is fast and reliable. And even better, it gives you the option to not install all the bloatware that usually comes with new computers.
Most importantly, pink is so lovely!
